Massage can be a deep and sensual way to restore intimacy and connection with a partner and achieve complete relaxation.

If massage is performed by a partner, this can also be a good way to strengthen or restore intimacy: during times of stress, we often lose connection with each other. Body massage can be a solution.

Don’t forget about the atmosphere - romantic music, candles, and gentle touches.
 

  • Start the massage by finding a fulcrum - regardless of whether it’s you who are doing the massage or your partner. The leg should not hang mid-air.
  • Gently knead the top of the foot, and relax the fingers.
  • Move down, tapping with your fingertips on the heel.
  • Massage the Achilles in circular motions.
  • Then either apply massage oil or take a massager (choose one because oil is not compatible with silicone).
     

We recommend taking oil from a massage candle. It is warm and relaxing.

Follow the same steps using oil. Now you can make more active movements and push a little harder. Now we massage the middle of the foot: do not move the pads of the fingers, only the finger itself.

You can use a special device to perform this massage.


You can massage both feet at the same time or each one separately, there are no special rules.
